tinyMCE & file manager/upload

Right got this working 98%, but a small problem:

when the link is

Because of routes and htaccess, it doesn't show the browser window instead show:

An Error Was Encountered

Unable to load your default controller. Please make sure the controller specified in your Routes.php file is valid.

SO my question is how does one get round this?

but if i open a new window and type:

http://localhost/site/js/tiny_mce/plugin...anager.php

it works just fine
