Unable to connect using this provider setting

I use MS SQL Server 2005. When I have more than 10 users connect to my database, it show error : Unable to connect to database using this provider setting.

From what I recall, certain instances of Microsoft SQL Server, especially the Express versions have a limit of 10 concurrent connections.

This is a licencing issue however there are bits on Google that may be of some use to you.
