how to create menu with static page link

hi all,
m new to this framework. m just creating a cms website using codeignator. so i need to make some pages like aboutus, services, etc.. and so need to create a menu for for this and give page link. so please tell me in which folder in will reside those page and how to create navigation links. please help....
