Where do I find native PHP session class for CI2?

I'm looking for a native php session library, I found one for old version of CI, 1.5 and previous.
For CI2 I've found a link, but it says I'm not allowed to view the forum, even if the link belongs to this forum

Where else can I find the library?
I can't have the CI Session library to work on IE and Chrome.

Are you saying that you're having issues with the standard CI session library in IE and Chrome? Because it should work fine in those browsers when properly set up. Maybe you can fix the problem rather than starting fresh. Post the issues or error, and some of your config settings and use code if so.
