I manage to send mail in localhost as

It work Great but when i upload my site online it doesnot work and display message as

Try base64 encoding your username and password in your config then try again.

You need to setup smtp in your php.ini file, this is the biggest problem with using smtp.

I set mine to my host provider Comcast.
