This is a simple rough around the edges helper for forcing your website users to use https and forcing no www URL's.

It comes with a config file so you can turn it on or off as you please. It autoloads with your application and depending on your config it runs different functions at startup.

I could not use .htaccess on my server so this came as the next best thing, hope you can make use of it.
It is designed to work on heroku, but you can change one server variable name and it will work on most servers.
