Its PHP service error (missing extension) its not problem of CI.

You have either to fix your PHP configuration or to disable errors.

P.S. By the way why your server is looking for .dll extension?

I dont know how to fix this  when i used Codeigniter 2X there is no error but now i upgrade it into 3.0.3 its showing this error
