Same project but diff folders,login issue in live server

Hi,

Problem: I am developing a site and host it in to live server in different folders(same code) but diff databases(tables are same and user ids are not same)

www.example.com/folder1
www.example.com/folder2

Issue: if one of the site folder1 logins,shows entire data.but change the url of folder1 replace as folder2 it will shows folder2 project data with out asking login credentials of folder2.

how can i do this..

You need to define different base url in both folders config file.
