Please, delete "Wordpress plugins/modules/add-ons", seriously. That kind of Perfect Super Human Being will never get messed up with WordPress. 
He's aiming high, and there's nothing wrong with that. I think most of us who have been devs for 10+ years more or less fit the job requirements. Really, if he truly means "expert" at MySQL, PHP, and JavaScript, AND also a webserver admin, then I'm guessing this is a 6 figure job. I'd be interested in applying if I wasn't already booked solid for the foreseeable future.
