How to hide methods name from url??

i want to hide 
http://example.com/index.php/controller/.../p1/p2/p3/

required 

http://example.com/index.php/controller/p1/p2/p3/
is that possible???

You may go to the dashboard and change the url format from settings page. Select the url format type what you choose to get expected result.
