Hours spent on computer?

I spent most of my time listening to Spotify songs on my computer after work. I now downloaded Spotify songs, so I can manage them better as I want.

I guess it's about 10-12 hours on average. Still thinking of an efficient way to reduce my screen time, but at the same time, to be able to finish all the tasks I am supposed to complete.
