If I was new to CI4 that would put me right off especially since WordPress seems bloated in order to cater for every eventuality.

Is CI4 losing the best features of being easy to implement especially for Noobies?

How much extra time would it take to write a CI4 version? How about creating a topic and requesting users to submit sections, Controllers, Models, Views, etc?
