Another library(driver) to manage the database ?!

In general, my questions are this:
1) Will there be PDO support in CI4, and where can I read about it?

2) Can I use another library (driver) to manage databases,
for example: "RedBeanPHP" and how can I integrate it into CI4,
will it be right to connect it to App\Libraries\?
