CodeIgniter 4.0.0-beta.4 released

congratulations and thank you!  I really like what I saw in CI4. 

Do you guys already know if the next release will be RC or rather still beta release?

We had hoped beta-4 would be a release candidate but that didn't quite work out due to a number of factors like me moving, Jim retiring and getting the site moved over to new servers, getting the Foundation setup, etc. It's been a busy couple of months.

But, yes, we fully intended the next release to be RC-1.
