set_flashdata stays open

Have you tried following the code to see why it is doing that (developer tools)?

Wouldn't an if condition help or give  a clue?

PHP Code:

if($this->session->unset_userdata('logged_id'){
   $this->session->set_flashdata('usuario_logout', etc..)
   redirect...
}
