Moving from Codeigniter 3 to Codeigniter 4

2 Install ci3-to-4-upgrade-helper in the CI4 project https://github.com/kenjis/ci3-to-4-upgra...ade-helper
3. Copy CI3 project files into the CI4 project and modify them
