How to get data after saving the model

Created_at, updated_at this is what i want to get.
With the use of entity these fields are - null.

I see only the data that I directly transfer in the array for saving.
Model class automatically sets values for fields created_at, updated_at.

With the use of the entity class, these fields are empty, but maybe I'm doing something wrong.
