Attention C_I 4+ 5+

Hi everyone! I suggest on the next C_I 4+ to 5+ Version Issue may be intact itself. I recommend to C_I project leads may have accomplished C_4 its own Auth and mail library
I suggest that we may have no need anymore to depend on other third parties on these components unless in a favor of someone. Yes!Yes! Yes! of cause third parties do work nice and that is not bad at all but Codeigniter is now global PHP framework queen so should be intact and powerful in every angle and for those who PR should point to its engine yes of course why not! yes
