Why is the base url in .env and Config/app.php

Hi,

in the .env there is an entry app.baseURL and in the file Config/App.php is also a variable $baseURL. Which one should we use and why there are two places?

.env (environment) has priority over configs.
That is, the value specified in .env will be set for the config.
