which PostgreSQL versions are supported by Codeigniter 3.1.10 and PHP7.2?

Could you please tell me which PostgreSQL versions are supported by Codeigniter 3.1.10 and PHP7.2?
Also, can you tell me which versions of PHP and Codeigniter are compatible with PostgreSQL 14.3?

We are using PHP7.2 (Codeigniter 3.1.10) in our project, and we are planning a major upgrade of Aurora PostgreSQL (Aurora 10.18⇒14.3).

I have checked the CodeIgniter 3 documentation for the PostgreSQL versions supported by CodeIgniter 3 series.
I could not find any information about the PostgreSQL version supported by CodeIgniter 3 series.

CodeIgniter 3 series is described as "PHP version 5.6 or newer is recommended.
We have also investigated from the perspective of PHP and PDO drivers, but have not been able to find any information that specifies the version.
