I know the default timezone is to be set in app.php or env but that is restricting the user to that timezone only.
If one user uses outside that timezone he/she is not getting the desired results.
I want to know, how to set that dynamically.
If I use the application then all stuff related to time will be in my timezone
for, Any other user from other timezones, it ll behave as per him/her.
