yeah nice to see that but the guy hasn't done his hoe work with current version 4.1 quoted ? for CI4 and as for laravel being best for beginner i'm not sure he has ever even used a framework but still ...
CMS CI4     I use Arch Linux by the way

I agree about the learning curve, it was the most important factor when I investigated frameworks, and that was with CI3.  In my opinion the flexibility of CI and the ease of learning was the deciding factor.
