i think for https://www.med-media.eu/ when you say "further development" i assume that mean developing further the basis of what you already have ? I which case i might suggest you procure a wordPress developer since that is what that site is using.

ps https://www.refraktiv.com/ also is using WordPress .Also I might add it doesn't even have the basics of security since i can reach
the login page for admin.

if you want me to take of my Santa headgear and replace it with my "white hat" or even my "gray one" let me know and I can advise , simple steps .

relevant experience in an CI  is not going to help since they are  using Wordpress (quite poorly in terms of security)

CMS CI4     I use Arch Linux by the way
