Upgrade 4.3.0 to 4.3.1 documentation error?

Hi guys,

Went through upgrading my app from 4.2.11 to the latest 4.3.1.

I note in the last upgrade notes, the content changes specify "app/Config/Encryption.php" in Config, but the wording is "Set the default value '' to $fromEmail, $fromName, $recipients, $SMTPHost, $SMTPUser and $SMTPPass to apply environment variable (.env) values."

Yes, it is a bug in the documentation.
