No DB log files

CI 4.4.3
Windows Environment
PHP 8.1.0
Apache 2.4.58
MySQL 8.2.0

.env file
CI_ENVIRONMENT = development
app.db_log_enabled = true
logger.threshold = 9

In /writable/logs/ the general log files are being generated properly but no db log files are being generated and no db log files are being generated. I can't find much of anything in the documentation about the db logs, but there are also no errors being generated either.

What are DB log files? CI4 does not have such files.

Apologies. After more research I just realized that this was not built in, but a 3rd party hook added in when the app was on CI3, but not properly migrated to CI4
