CodeIgniter 3.0 Release Candidate |
Please make a separate official website where we can post Tutorials,Articles also Video Tutorials. If we have this type of paltform where every one write quality articles about CI then the future of CI will be more bright and become the no 1 frameworks.
Now we have to go to other websites and have to write articles there. So CI must have its own big platform where developers write Articles and share their experience with the new comers. The tutorial stuff is in pilot, and should make it to a separate official site later this spring. There is not likely to be an official site for 3rd party tutorials or videos, as we do not exercise any control over their content. At the moment, we have the "learn more" forum (http://forum.codeigniter.com/forum-15.html), which has only six posts at the time this was written. That is the proper place to link to 3rd party material, or to post articles of your own. Our "official" tutorial material has a standard format (S5), and an engine driving its structure and delivery. I will be posting an announcement on the forum when we are ready for the second pilot of it, and you might be interested in participating (02-05-2015, 02:26 AM)Krycek Wrote:(01-30-2015, 09:09 AM)geekita Wrote: Just upgraded my app in production environment from CI 2.2.1 to CI 3.0rc + HMVC 5.5 + Composer. I'm glad you're releasing. I'm stuck in an app written in Laravel and I can't wait to start converting off of it. Laravel may have it's strong points, but simplicity isn't one of them, in my opinion.
Oh boys that's such a great news !!!
Will begin to work with it this week-end for an all new WebApp built on Material Design by Google, so excited to begin that project Thanks a lot to entire devteam, such a hard and great work you do ! Infinite thanks |
