I'm using dreamweaver too, until my new iMac arrives.

If you're talking about the editor that's TextMate, a text editor with a ton of functionality but not quite an IDE. TextMate is only for mac, but there is a windows program called e - text editor that lets you use some of its bundles. When I tried the program it didn't work nearly as smooth as textmate.

If you're talking about the MySQL GUI, that's CocoaMySQL another very nice mac only program.
