Anchor e Base URL error

Hi programmers. I'm new usign the CodeIgniter. When i use some methods like anchor or base_url the address are different of my real path.

Example:
My path: http://localhost:8080/
Commands path: http://127.0.0.1/CodeIgniter/

What's the problem?

Solved. The config is in the config/config.php
