Migrations and dbutil documentation?

I'm trying to implement Migrations using the dbutil, but I can't find any documentation on it.

Does anyone know where I can find docs on how to create tables? The examples include basic table creation, but I am looking for how to change default values, comments, and such.

The Migrations page links to a dbutil wiki page, but that page is empty.
