Is there are any certification exam in Code Igniter? If yes then where it is and how to attend. Moreover, what are the syllabus covered for CI certification and is there are any sample questions?

There is none that I know of, at least none that is considered valid and widely accepted. There is a Zend PHP certification from the company behind PHP itself that covers expertise in PHP in general. You can find more about it here.
