Authentication/User management: What's the best option?

@manilodisan - If you don't mind I've added the [Category:Contributions -> Libraries -> Authentication] to your wiki page so that it shows up in the authentication listing that I provided in my original post. That way it will show up in both "Applications" and in "Authentication" categories when folks are searching or browsing the wiki.
