form_open problem

Dear Guys
I am new to Code ignitor, don't know if you deal with newbie's problem in this thread. Basically , i have two queries.

First - i am using form_open library function to log in into admin area. On clicking the final path coming to be http://localhost/CMS/ /welcome/verify. I could not figure out this problem. The path should be http://localhost/CMS/welcome/verify.

Second- I want frontend and backend of the system use different controllers. e.g if i type http://localhost/CMS/admin, it should give access to backend. In this case how i can define controller for admin rather than using the default controller.
