multiple file upload

What is the best way to upload multiple files from one page? I have a page where administrators can add a "post" which entails text inputs and text areas and two or more images. It would be ideal if the validation for all of these things still worked. I don't want any of the other values to be put to the database unless everything else works.

Can anybody give me an example? Particularly demonstrating multiple file uploads on one page.

Any ideas anybody?

My problem is that I don't want data to be added to the database if one or more of the file uploads fails. I know this involves a confirmation page and a chance to change the file. Does anybody have an example of such a process?

I am not using code igniter yet but you can do it!
