OAuth questions

Hello all!

I've been studying OAuth since last wednesday, but most of my ideas about it are confused. I know that:

1. I have to choose a scope
2. I have to use some parameters (this is the black cloud that make my thoghs a huge mass)
3. Get request token (how I get this request? what is token???? I have read 3 or 4 definitions without understanding)
4. Authorize request token (ok, how I get the token? I have to receive some response from step 3???)
5. Upgrade to an access token (??????!!!!?!?!?!?!?)

And my pretty important question: how do translate all this process to PHP? Does CI has any library or stuff, or whatever related to this?

OES said to me that this page is brillant to explain all: http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/php/ but I really look at this and feel more scared without understanding.

Someone could help me giding how to write PHP routine to make that f*** work??

Same question here, isn't there anybody who made a proper OAuth CI library?
The Documentation on the http://oauth.googlecode.com/svn/code/php/ kinda sucks :-)
