Some help with changing the set_select function please.

Hi all

I just wrote a little feature request, but until I get some feedback on that, I'd like some help with changing the function for now.

Actually a lot of help, as I don't fully understand how the function works. Is there anyone who could point me in the right direction?

scratch that, I just realised it's much more efficient working with the form_dropdown function combined with set_value...
