Initialization problem...

the classes gets Initialized 2 times or maybe 4 :S

Check your logs for 404s. CI will handle 404s if you have your mod_rewrite rules set up a certain way. Each 404 will amount to a CI "hit."

And this is exactly what was the case in the thread you referenced. Is your situation at all different?

well, there's no any 404 in the log, everything is just clean, i canceled autoloaded libraries, even Cleaned the page so it becomes only a blank page when it loads, but same thing happens, it loads it self twice ( in log file )....
