View Helpers - looking for an example of how to use them

Hi, I was just reading about the importance of models, and how View Helpers allow for skinny Controllers (http://blog.astrumfutura.com/archives/37...iated.html)

I'm still a little fuzzy on exactly how a View Helper would be implemented, and was wondering if anyone here had any thoughts?
