Using the documentation template

Hey guys.

My question is rather an issue referring to a license to use the documentation template given in the user guide.

Am I allowed to use the documentation template on my own site, when it is not used for a documentation itself?
I need a well structured template and I like the setup of the one given. So I would use it for my personal site phpdave.com.
If required, I would of course include that the template was taken from codeigniter.

I'd say go for it, it doesn't state that it has to be explicitly used for documentation.
