Imagemagick: Resize an image with transparency

Hi,
When I resize an image with transparency (png/gif) with imagemagick the result is an image with the black background instead of transparency.

I searched in the forum but I found only workaround for GD2.

I want to use imagemagick because GD2 quality is poor...
