Rant: User guide table of contents

It would be great if the table of contents in the user guide would be open when you first land on /user_guide. Pretty sure I am not the only one would has to click this every time they navigate to this page.

That's handy too Pete. I'm just so used to letting Firefox auto complete land me on the index page.

If you think about it thou, anyone who is landing on the User Guide index page would need the TOC. This is the reason they are coming to it - to look something up. Personally think it's bad UX to add an extra click between them and what they need.
