My question is, if I want to send updates and notifications to my sites through one website in particular, what is the best way to do it?
I think wordpress uses XMLRPC to send update notifications, am I rite?

Nevermind, I did a little research and answered my own question.
If anyone stop by this thread with the same question as I did, the answer is yes, with
XML-RPC
we can do it.
