cache problem

hello
i have develop one application with CI but facing one problem is cache, every time i have to clear browser cache to check the changes, if i want to edit some thing from my admin i have to clear the cache first than update the record, i always bring old content not modified content how can i set cache clear every time or each and every change.

If you're talking about browser cache, then you can use the Web Developer extension for Firefox, which gives you the option to disabled caching, otherwise, try sending a [url="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/234067"]no cache header[/url].
