Error message in this forum

For some reason in this post http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/108314/, and this post only I see an error:

"Fatal error: Call to undefined function anchor() in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/system/application/views/about/index.php on line 12"

Can someone confirm?
