instead calling function like this.

http://www.unknown.com/store/user/updateprofile

can i make it call

http://www.unknown.com/store/AFEARAFGASE...asteafasef

I think uri routing can achieve this.

But is it possible to set it as random string?

You can use regular expressions in your routes, so you have pretty much endless options
