CSS, JS files not working - only when online

Hi there. I just uploaded my website and it all working fine, but for some reason the css and javascript files are not working even though the links to them are correct. You can take a look here:

www.iprowar.com

In the header_view.php file I'm using the base_url() and the base url is set to http://www.iprowar.com/

This all worked fine on my localhost. Anyone got an idea whats going wrong?

I think it's an issue with your htaccess file. It appears to be redirecting all JS and CSS calls via index.php, and none of your other links work properly either.

Another part of the cause may be if your file names are not all lowercase.

Fixed it. It was the htaccess file like you said.
