Where should be in the CI tree path the Ext JS framewrok?

Hi to all,

As you can realize, I'm a new PHP CI fan. I'll like to start a new project doing things well. Mi question is: where you recommend for locating in the CI tree path the Ext JS framework? into the system/libraries either into the system/application/libraries?

ExtJS or any other Javascript library should not be placed into these directories because you only put PHP files there.
Usually those files are put into a asset folder alongside CSS and image files, e.g.
http://domain.com/assets/js/ext/...
