subdomain redirection

I want to know rewrite rule of subdomain redirection with codeigniter.For example mysite's name is http://jkl.com/customer/x then i want that url will be opend when you request myaccount.jkl.com/x.Please provide rewrite rule which will work with codeigniter as i have written general rewrite rules but those are not working with codeigniter.
