I've developed smth about 5 sites with shopping cart, and related functions. Cart class itself took about 2 weeks to write and test, and I think I'll use my own "Cart" code with AJAX and other candies for future developments.. But 1.7.2 Cart class looks promising! And I'm just wish I see that class a bit earlier - it would save me some dev time.
