I am unable to start the project.Actually I am not understanding hot to start it.
Can u be able to explain step by step how to do it?

If you've gone through those and still can't seem to get started, then post back being more specific about whats wrong

Don't download something before actually knowing how to work with it. As stated earlier, go through the userguide and the video tutorials. If you don't have PHP knowledge I suggest you start learning that first.

Ya - there is nothing that tells you how to get to that application view. The video starts you out in that app view. but how on earth do I get there?

For application views: /system/application/views/
For controllers: /system/application/controllers/
Config: /system/application/config
etc.
