I'm testing out the Image Manipulation library and noticed that the thumbnails are being created on the server with 777 privileges.
My test application is based on the examples from the CI manual. It simply allows the user to upload an image then automatically creates a thumbnail. The uploaded image has the proper read-only privileges, while the generated thumbnail gets full 777. Does this matter? This seems to be more of a PHP-issue, but I thought I would mention it here.
